The gap between press roller and die also matters, if the gap is too wide, raw materials falls into die holes will get less pressure and which cause poor quality of pellet forming. Adjust the gap to a proper pressure that suitable for raw material to get high quality and shaped well pellets.

If the raw material is too dry, we can put some little water in and be careful of the amount.Do mix well. If the material is too wet, you need to dry it to proper moisture rate.
